a perfect skin for a perfect summer.

Como queremos todas ir para a praia mostrar uma pele perfeita e ganhar um bronzeado uniforme está na hora de investir algum tempo e preparar bem a pele.

Para que a pele fique pronta para receber os tratamentos específicos e um bronzeado sem manchas é muito importante usar agora (antes da época balnear) um bom esfoliante, uma a duas vezes por semana. Depois de já estarem um pouco bronzeadas reduzam a aplicação do esfoliante a uma vez por semana para o bronze não "fugir" antes de tempo!

Não se esqueçam de hidratar sempre a pele depois do banho. É essencial para esta ter uma boa aparência na praia [agora com os novos cremes para usar no duche já não há desculpa!]. De seguida [manhã e noite] apliquem um cuidado especifico para reduzir a celulite e aumentar a firmeza da pele.

E não se esqueçam que uns agachamentos por dia fazem milagres. Estamos na recta final, é agora ou nunca.

As we all want to go to the beach show a perfect skin and earn an amazing tan is time to invest some time and prepare the skin.

In order to skin become ready to receive specific treatments and a tan without spots is very important to apply now (before the summer) a good scrub, one or twice a week. Once you are already a bit tanned reduce the scrub application once a week for bronze not "run away" before its time!

Don't forget to always moisturize your skin after bathing. It's essential to look good on the beach [now with new creams to use in the shower has no excuse!]. Then [morning and night] apply a specific care to reduce cellulite and increase skin firmness. 

And don't forget that a few squats a day do miracles. We are in the final stretch, so it's now or never.

It has beautiful pieces all made with capulana - fabric traditionally worn by Mozambican women to cover the body - by the talented Sara.

These fabrics have fascinating colors and patterns, they are full of color and life. I always loved these fabrics and now, that they are available in so many beautiful accessories, will be use and abuse.
