Quem já fez ballet em alguma altura da sua vida sabe que a paixão por esta dança, tão delicada e elegante, fica para sempre.

Eu fiz ballet durante 11 anos. Parei já há muitos anos atrás mas sempre tive vontade de voltar a este mundo.

Há uns anos comecei a ouvir falar de uma nova modalidade de fitness que pretendia trazer o ballet para os ginásios. 

Primeiro nos Estados Unidos [as modelos da Victoria's Secrets são fãs], depois no Brasil, com a bailarina Betina Dantas [Ballet Fitness], esta modalidade começou a ganhar adeptos, eu incluída, sempre a desejar que chegasse a Portugal.

E agora chegou! 

Descobri o Ballerina Body e vou experimentar uma aula na próxima semana. Estou tão curiosa! 

Estas aulas não são ballet puro mas são inspiradas nesta dança e juntam exercícios com técnicas e passos de ballet, dança contemporânea, barra no chão, pilates e yoga, que trabalham todo o corpo, tornando-o mais elegante e forte. 

Vou voltar a calçar as sapatilhas de meia ponta e vai ser maravilhoso.

Whoever has done ballet at some point in your life, know that the passion for this dance, so delicate and elegant, last forever.

I did ballet for 11 years. Already stopped many years ago but I always wanted to come back to this world.

A few years ago I began to hear about a new type of fitness that wanted to bring ballet into the gyms.

First in the United States [the models of Victoria's Secrets are fans], then in Brazil, with Betina Dantas [Ballet Fitness], this method began to gain fans, including myself, I always want that this come to Portugal.

And now, arrived here!

I discovered the Ballerina Body and I will try a class next week. I'm so curious!

These classes are not pure ballet but they are inspired by this dance and join exercises with techniques and ballet steps, contemporary dance, bar on the ground, pilates and yoga, working throughout the body, making it more elegant and strong.

I'll get to wear the half-pointe shoes and it will be wonderful.

Then, I'll tell you how it was this experience.

A semana da Moda de Paris está 'on fire'. Não se fala de outra coisa. 

Ben Stiller e Owen Wilson desfilaram para a casa Valentino. Lorde e Kanye West fizeram as delicias dos paparazzi e, mais uma vez, os olhos focaram-se no street style e, especialmente, nas bloggers de moda mundialmente conhecidas.

Para mim, nesta edição, foi a lindíssima Zina Charkoplia que brilhou. Esteve ao nível da alta-costura ao desfilar, pelas ruas de Paris, num deslumbrante vestido do saudita Mohammed Ashi [Ashi Studio].

O vestido totalmente preto [o que à partida pode parecer muito pesado] foi usado pela blogger grega, com uma leveza e elegância soberbas e vai ficar como um dos grandes momentos da PFW.

Eu adorei!

Paris Fashion week is 'on fire'. The world doesn't talk about anything else.

Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson walked to Valentino. Lord and Kanye West made the delight of the paparazzi and, once again, the eyes focused on the street style and especially in international fashion bloggers.

For me, in this edition, was the beautiful Zina Charkoplia who shone. She was at the level of haute couture while walking through the streets of Paris, in a stunning dress of the Saudi designer Mohammed Ashi [Ashi Studio].

The fully black dress [which at the outset may seem too heavy] was used by the greek blogger, with a superb lightness and elegance and will go down as one of the great moments of PFW.

I loved it!

Marcaram presença nos desfiles das colecções Primavera | Verão 2015 de grandes criadores como Stella McCartney, Chloé e Balmain e fazem parte das coleções das marcas de fast fashion como a Zara.

As gladiadoras regressam [em grande] este Verão. Perfeitas para as noites de Verão com calções curtos ou saias compridas. 

Quem tiver menos altura e pernas mais curtas deve escolher tons nude, para alongar a perna. Os tons escuros 'cortam' a perna numa zona que só favorece as mulheres altas e magras.

Num final de tarde de Inverno fui convidada a descobrir os tons da Primavera.

Ao entrar no lindíssimo showroom da Pedroso & Osório, esqueci completamente o dia cinzento e chuvoso que estava lá fora.

As cores da próxima Primavera estão por todo o lado, desde os tecidos ao papel de parede, tudo é deslumbrante. De repente, só apetece ter uma casa na praia para a decorar com todos estes padrões vibrantes e que transmitem uma energia maravilhosa.

O director da Designers Guild - Chris Grafham - veio a Portugal apresentar as novas colecções da marca. De uma forma apaixonada e contagiante, mostrou-nos a colecção Shanghai Garden e as colecções de Christian Lacroix e de Ralph Lauren para a Designers Guild.

A colecção Shangai Garden é linda, transmite toda a essência dos jardins orientais e é naturalmente serena. Já a colecção de Christian Lacroix é vibrante e excêntrica, transporta-nos para o interior de uma floresta luxuriante. Na colecção de Ralph Lauren não houve lugar para a inovação, a colecção não foge ao que a marca é - as cores, os padrões, as texturas - o clássico americano.

Fiquei apaixonada pelos padrões da Shangai Garden que parecem pintados à mão com a leveza de um artista e pelo padrão treliça de Christian Lacroix. Uma verdadeira ode à Primavera.

In a winter late afternoon I was invited to discover the colours of spring.

Upon entering in the stunning Pedroso & Osório's showroom, completely forgot the grey and rainy day that was out there.

The colors of next spring are everywhere, from the fabrics to wallpaper, everything is stunning. Suddenly, I just feel like I want a beach house to decorate with all these vibrant patterns that give a wonderful energy.

The director of Designers Guild - Chris Grafham - came to Portugal to present the new collections of the brand. In a passionate and contagious way, Chris showed us the Shanghai Garden collection and the collections of Christian Lacroix and Ralph Lauren for Designers Guild.

The Shanghai Garden collection is beautiful, conveys the essence of oriental gardens and is naturally quiet. The Christian Lacroix collection is vibrant and eccentric, transports us to the inside of a lush forest. In the Ralph Lauren collection there was no room for innovation, the collection is no exception to what the brand is - colours, patterns, textures - the American classic.

I became fascinated by the patterns of Shanghai Garden that look hand-painted with the lightness of an artist and the trellis pattern of Christian Lacroix. A true ode to spring.
