O próprio acto de recusarmos a estagnação faz-nos crescer. E é tão bom ver que há tantas pessoas dispostas e com muita vontade de crescer. É muito bom ver que, neste país, ainda há tanta gente a querer mudar, evoluir, arriscar.
Juntei-me, no sábado, a um grupo fabuloso, cheio de garra e de vontade de aprender. O melhor de tudo? A nossa mentora. A Sofia [da
grow consulting e do blog
às nove no meu blog] pôs-nos à prova, ensinou-nos, despertou-nos, pregou-nos partidas, fez-nos sorrir [durante todo o dia] e pensar. Foi um dia em cheio. Um dia em que, mais uma vez, conheci pessoas especiais.
Foi muito especial conhecer a Sofia. Desde há muito que leio o seu blog, adoro a sua escrita, adoro a forma positiva como vive [e constrói] a vida, adoro a sua garra, adoro o seu lema "vamos arriscar e depois logo se vê". A Sofia tem um brilho no olhar igual ao que transparece na sua escrita. É, simplesmente, inspiradora.
Agradeço à Sofia pelos seus ensinamentos, pela sua energia e pelo seu sorriso contagiante. E agradeço também à Catarina Varão [das maravilhosas

th2] por nos receber no seu maravilhoso espaço e por nos proporcionar momentos hilariantes de boa disposição.

Grow. Continue to grow.
The act of refusing stagnation itself makes us grow. And it's so good to see that there are so many people willing and eager to grow. It's great to see that, in this country, there are still so many people that want to change, evolve, take the change.
Last saturday, I joined a fabulous team, full of determination and willingness to learn. The best of all? Our mentor. Sofia [from grow consulting and às nove no meu blog] put us to the test, taught us, woke us, preached us pranks, made me think and smile [all day]. It was quite a day. One day when I met special people.
It was very special to meet Sofia. Since a long time I read her blog, I love her writing, love her positive way live [and build] life, love her motto "let's take the change and then we'll see". Sofia has a sparkle in her eyes like what emerges in her writing. She is simply inspiring.
Thanks to Sofia for her teachings, her energy and her contagious smile. And thanks also to Catarina Varão [from the wonderful Unique Stays and th2] for having us at her beautiful space and for provide us hilarious moments.
We will continue together until the end of May. Expect up good times, a lot of creativity and many teachings, many smiles and good friendships.
